Fairbanks in the personalized comfort of our
tour vehicles.
Learn the story of Alaska's
Arctic both while in motion and at the various
stops along the way.
View the remarkable Trans
Alaska Pipeline.
Travel the rugged Dalton
Highway made famous by the construction of the
Trans Alaska Pipeline.
Cross the Yukon River and use
the Aurora Tent at the Yukon River Camp as your
base for Aurora viewing. The tent is heated and
complimentary hot drinks are available while you
wait. You will also have a chance to visit with
your Aurora Host who will share information
about Alaska's Arctic and the Yukon River.
Stay up to look for the Aurora;
scientists have determined the Aurora is most
active during the 2 hours on either side of
solar midnight.
Day 2 depart the Yukon River at
10:00 am. Return to Fairbanks between 2:00 pm -
3:00 pm.
Departs day 1 at 6:00 pm;
returns day 2 between 2:00and 3:00 pm.

Tour Summary:
Ground tour north from
Fairbanks in the personalized comfort of our
tour vehicles.
Learn the story of Alaska's
Arctic both while traveling in motion and at
the various stops along the way.
Travel the rugged Dalton
Highway made famous by the construction of the
Trans Alaska Pipeline.
Witness firsthand the
remarkable wilderness scenery blanketed in
snow.
Traverse the mighty Yukon
River.
Cross the Arctic Circle in
ceremonious fashion and receive an official
Arctic Circle Adventure Certificate.
Stop at the Yukon River on your
return which will become your stop for scanning
the darkened skies for the Aurora. Use the
Aurora Tent at the Yukon River Camp as your base
for Aurora viewing. The tent is heated and
complimentary hot drinks are available while you
wait. You will also have a chance to
visit with your Aurora Host who will
share information about Alaska's Arctic and the
Yukon River.
Stay out around Solar Midnight,
the time the scientists have determined are the
most active in Alaska's Arctic.
Day 2 depart the Yukon river at
10:00 am. Return to Fairbanks between 2:00 pm -
3:00 pm.
